About

#SoFabCon has been a vision of Collective Bias and the Social Fabric community for some time. The driving force behind what makes Collective Bias and our social shopper media campaigns successful  is the incomparable power of bloggers and their connections to their audiences. We knew that one day we’d find ourselves planning the ultimate educational experience for our SoFab community members. Along the way we’ve had scheduled conference calls to enhance interaction, we launched the SoFab U: where we taught online courses on ways to improve our blogger’s skills, and organized countless meet ups. The natural next step was to create a conference that brought brands and bloggers face to face and offered the chance for bloggers to truly hone in on raising their skill level in social shopper media. This conference is our SoFab community family reunions mixed with a supercharged educational conference atmosphere.

SoFabCon is our inaugural conference, and as such we have largely depended on the insight of our SoFab community to influence what we are learning about. This means, that no two years of our conference will be alike. The feedback we have received this year has helped us dial in on what everyone is looking to learn. This year, we will have sessions involving brand representatives so that bloggers can hear from the brands themselves about what they are looking for when they hire bloggers. We will have sessions with all things web-related, media kit related, and how to do the very best SoFab Shoppertunities. Best of all we are taking the brands out from behind the expo booth and put them at the table next to you, so you can build a relationship: the most valuable tenant of what we all do.  This conference will be “where social and shopper come together.”

We hope you’ll join us on our newest Adventure!
